How To Do Exercise in Hotel

I want to tell people that it is very necessary to stretch the body well before starting any exercise, by doing this, the chances of getting injured during our workouts are greatly reduced.

4 Half Squat - We can do this exercise using the table we get in the hotel or we can do this exercise with the help of the chair also.
5 Full Squat- We do not need any equipment to do this exercise, we can do this in our room very easily.
6 Single leg Squats: We can also do single leg squads, like you start by doing the right leg first, then start by doing the left leg up and can do 15 to 20 sets with both legs.
7 Butt Bridge - This exercise is very easy, it can be done lying down in our room and and you have to hold it which you can see in this picture.
For this we will not need any separate instrument. You can also do up and down in this position but it will come under another exercise.
8 Push-Ups: Exercise is very important for us to do in our workouts as it is an exercise that plays an important role in our chest, shoulder, triceps and core everyone. Add two sets of 20-20 to your workout.
9 Plank - This exercise makes our body posture very good if it is done properly.
