WEIGHT LOSS TIPS 

1-  Drink enough water because it helps in cleaning the body waste or reduces stress over kidney and stomach and also prevents from acidity.
 
2-  Physical activity is very important so you should to it regularly and avoid sedentary lifestyle. 





3-  Now a days food items like pastry, cold drink, candy, burger etc., we should avoided. Junk food may be causes many health problems.

 4- We should take balanced diet with very less amount of fat and carbohydrates.

 5- Fibrous food is very important for our body. Rich sources of fibrous foods are vegetables salad or fruits etc. It provides vitamin and minerals to our body.

 6-We should avoid fried food. In our diet we should not take ghee, cream, butter etc. In cooking only mustard oil and refined oil should be use.

 7- Avoid spicy food because it creates so many health problems like disorder of the body and illnesses.




8- Two times in a year (every 6 months) we should go for medical check-up. 

9- Strictly Avoid Alcohol and smoking, and diet should be taken in small shifts. So many people do not eat for reduce weight, it may cause of serious problems like pain in stomach, headache, vomiting etc.

10- Never use pills, medicine/drugs for weight control because it can be very harmful to the body. 

      
       The energy you get from food and the energy you reduce your body weight depends on it. If you gain more calories than energy you use then your body will store extra calories in form of fat cells it is also known as lipocytes. If the person burns up more calories than they take from food at this time they will lose weight.




HOW TO CHECK BMI

         By the help of BMI we can check about a person is in underweight condition, overweight and normal weight, so that accordingly workout and diet can be done to reduce weight or gain weight.   

BMI=Weight (kg)/Height (m) 2 

Category –

 Obese Range                     For men more than 30
                                            For women more than 30

 Overweight Range           For men 26 to 30
                                          For women 25 to 30 

Healthy Range                  For men 20 to 25 
                                          For women 19 to 24 

Underweight range           For Men less than 20 
                                          For women less than 30 

      You can check it easily at home. Everyone wants to look slim, trim and attractive. If someone is overweight he wants to reduce weight so many times he skip his meals to lose weight and take pills and medicine. That is very harmful for body.

      Never skip meal for weight loss, Diet has very important role for everyone or sports performance. There are so many activities in games and sports or normal working days of man, women or children. So everybody requires specific diet to improve performance. 




* Regular exercise at morning gives so much benefit for reduce weight.

* Walking and jogging is more important.

* Cardio Exercise is also important.

* Intake enough water during exercise.


 WHAT SHOULD BE EAT FOR WEIGHT CONTROL 




• Banana, Apple and kiwi are best in fruits.

• Intake minimum 7-8 glass water.

• Cauliflower, Broccoli and Spinach are best in vegetables.

• Cheese, eggs and chicken are best sources from proteins.

• Oats and wild rice is also very important.

• 1 cup of green tea. • Never skip breakfast.

• Add yogic exercises in your morning time.

• Take almonds daily.

• Vegetables salad and soup.

• Get enough sleep.

• Cut out from sweets.
