Exercising daily keeps us healthy both mentally and physically.

      Exercise increases the ability of our heart to function and our lungs to function, which contributes greatly to our working power. 

      We are healthy both physically and mentally due to the high level of ability of the heart and lungs to function.

      Exercise increases the working power of our lungs which proves to be very helpful in increasing our immunity, vitamin C is also very important.

       It is very important for a person to have a high level of immunity in order to remain physically fit as time plays an important role in preventing many diseases.

3: - Relieves mental stress

      Exercise relieves mental stress and helps in staying mentally healthy, along with physical health is higher than those who do not exercise.

It is very important to keep mental stress away from our lives.

4: - Get Rid of Insomnia 



    When we do exercise and activities daily, our body burns calories and to fulfill them, it becomes very important to take food and physical rest, and we will have to rest due to lack of sufficient amount of energy in our body. Which plays an important role in relieving us from insomnia.

      Physical exercise makes us physically strong and keeps both our mind and body energetic in working hard.
