How to do correct squat or it's Advantages and disadvantages
Today we are going to tell you about squat, if you are not using squat in your workouts, in your physical workouts in daily routine then you are not doing your workouts completely in proper way. Because in our physical workouts it is very important to squad us. If you want to make your knees, legs, thai and calves strong then you must include this in your workout. This is a very important exercise.
As you people would know, it can be easily done by both mail and female people. And what is the proper way to do this, and doing it wrongly can also cause harm in our body, so it is beneficial to do it carefully and properly.
Benefits of doing squats: -

There are two types of squats.
1- squat

But what mistakes people often make - such as getting up all over, which is a very wrong position. By doing this, the chance of injury on our knees increases a lot and it also affects our waist.
2- Sumo Squat
Sumo squats engage our hamstrings and glutes.
When you are doing this, you should remember that your toes are outwards, and your knee is parallel to your knee. In this position, we have to be slow and you down. By doing this you will have a stretching feel on your hamstrings.
