Effects of exercise on respiratory system, cardiovascular system and Muscular system

 (On Respiratory system)

* Oxygen uptake ability improves. That's why more oxygen reaches to working tissue for energy production during activities. That activities are like running, jogging, jumping etc.

* By Regular exercise lactic acid is produced that's why endurance improves because fatigue delayed.

* Dehydration can we delayed because water balance in the body is maintained through regular exercise.

* Exercises improves immune system that's why health problems like asthma, sneezing, headache, cold, cough all can be prevented. 

* Pulmonary diffusion improves because faster removal of carbon dioxide and oxygen attached to blood.

* Efficiency of respiratory system is improved because in regular training the number of alveoli increases which purifiers more blood of the body.

* With the help of regular exercises physical personality improve and get greater expansion of chest.

* The respiratory muscles become strong to work for a longer duration it is helpful during physical activities.

* Capacity of lungs increases by which you can get more oxygen which is helpful for working tissues of the body.

(On cardiovascular system)

* Heart can take working load quickly, according to need of body.

* Heart rate or pulse rate becomes normal quickly after workout and the body feel relax after a few minutes.

* More blood is pumped out from heart for the working tissues because of regular training increase the cardiac output. 

* Regular exercises increases the hemoglobin content in blood, hemoglobin in blood can carry more oxygen that's why it improve the the flow of energy in the body.

* By the regular exercise new capillaries develops which brings more blood in working tissues so that efficiency of muscle improves.

* By regular exercises blood pressure is maintained so proper body temperature is regulated throughout the body.

* Blood quality improve because of chemical composition of blood like WBC (white blood cells), RBC ( red blood cells) or plasma increases.

* Waste products from the body removes quickly this is better against germs, diseases etc. 

* Cholesterol level decreases in blood so that risk of heart attack and cardiac problems is very low.

(On Muscular system) 

* Muscle mass increases by the regular exercise. Myoglobin content of muscles which helps to control weight of a person.

* Well trained muscles can efficiently use fat, protein, carbohydrate energy sources with less consumption of oxygen.

* Muscles can produce more energy because ATP and ADP sources increases. Oxygen debt capacity also increases that's why muscles efficiency improves.

* Muscles can recover very fast from injury so that there are less chances of injury during workout.

* Improves Physical personality, regular exercise provides proper shape of the body. it also remove fat from muscles.

* Well trained muscles has more aerobic endurance, that is also known as the capacity to do work for a longer duration without fatigue, is also Improves.

* It improve anaerobic endurance and the ability of muscles to tolerate more lactic acid for longer duration. 

* Improves faster circulation of blood because it increases number of capillaries in muscles. so efficiency of muscles also improves.

* With the help of regular exercises a person can gain muscular power and strength.
