Body posture role in human life
Body posture also known as body position. It may be dynamic and static such as running, walking, standing, sitting and reading etc. Our body will work efficiently and effectively if we have good body posture. Good body posture can develop our personality also.
Good posture or correct posture is the position of the body by which body will held without any sense of effort. Efficiency of the body depends upon good posture only which is related to the health status of a person.
If we have correct posture then the body does does not get tired easily because at the time power some bones can take rest. And the person remains in good health, by the good posture our bones be in natural shape and in proper alignment.
CORRECT POSTURE ( SITTING)
Now a days there are so many people working from home and they cannot manage facilities as office like sitting chair - table etc. And have to work more than 8 hours in a day or in a night so that time it may be harmful for their body posture.
Sitting is one of the common activity in which most of our time is spent. In correct sitting position the natural curve should be visible it will be possible when the backbone will correct.
* Head should be in line with shoulder and hips.
* Upper region of the backbone should be straight against the back of the chair.
* The waist should be touch back of chair and arms should be balanced.
When you are working from computer there are so many tips for proper sitting for working.
* Your screen should be at eye level.
* Your legs should be bent in a 90 -100 degree angle.
* Feet should be flat on the floor.
* Your four arms should parallel to the floor.
* Your shoulder should be relax.
* Your chair should we support your lower back.
CORRECT POSTURE (STANDING)
Standing is also one of the most common activities in our life but so many people doesn't take serious of it. we should remember a correct standing posture speaks everything about our personality. So we should not take it easy.
* By the standing position be improved the human race from 4 legs to 2 legs.
* If we are standing in correct position we can stand without any sense of effort.
* In correct standing position we supports only by the feet and our upper - body balance itself.
* Our feet should be parallel to each other and balance on both feet the distance between them is 8 to 12 inches it may be roughly shoulder width.
* Our shoulder, hips and knees will in straight line when we stand correct position. Our chin should also be parallel to the floor.
* If we view from side then solder ,ear, hip, ankle and knee should be imaginary as a straight line.
8- MAIN ADVANTAGES OF CORRECT POSTURE
* Good posture helps to improve skill by which we can do activity well and make the moments graceful.
* If a person has a correct posture then the coaches and teachers can selection of player for various activities because a good posture of a player can help them for good activity.
* A good body posture reflect positive social activities and an image of healthy lifestyle and social well-being of a person.
* A good body posture get full chance to function well or internal organs will also work well.
* Body weight will equally over the joint that's why low chances to strain and pain over joint.
* As you all no that first impression is the last impression it comes also through good posture a good posture make a person smart, good looking, attractive and charming.
* Correct posture gives good body balance also that's why a person can more stable while performing workout.
* We can safe our self from so many problem as Scoliosis, Kyphosis or knock-knees etc. if we have good body posture.
6- REASONS OF BAD POSTURE
There are so many problem from bad posture like Round Shoulder, Kyphosis, Scoliosis, Bow legs, Flat- foot for knock knees etc.
* Due to unbalanced diet, under diet, over diet and lack of nutritional diet.
* Wrong sitting position, standing position, walking position etc.
* Poor muscular strength or unbalanced strength of the body.
* Mental tension, Nature Changes or unbalanced emotions, it may also reason of bad posture.
* Strain over head and neck because of poor eyesight that's why body bends forward and it may cause bad posture.
* Poor quality of shoes also a reason of bad posture in some cases.
